  • Bachelor degree of Life Science, equivalent or higher; preferably in Biomedical Sciences.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in biomedical research or clinical hematology laboratory will be an added advantage.
  • Effective communication skill to clearly articulate technical & product information to both internal & external customers.
  • Responsible, independent, well organized and good team member.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel; Allowance is given accordingly.

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Manage queries from internal and external customers and provide technical support to any problems encountered by users;
  • To plan, organize and conduct courses/seminar/workshop/ on products for customers;
  • Work with relevant sales person to meet the sales team’s demonstration commitments;
  • To provide technical training to sales representative and collaborate with them in developing and planning of sales & marketing related activities;
  • Maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of the users’ application needs;
  • Prepare weekly activities report to the Supervisor when required;
  • Comply with ISO quality management system requirement;
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be required from the Superior from time to time.

  • Able to communicate in English, BM & Mandarin speaking. 
  • Required skills: MS Word and MS Excel.

Job Description / Responsibility
  • Responsible to process customer order including online order and walk in customer order.
  • Issue Invoice and DO for delivery and billing.
  • Issue Pro-forma Invoice to request and follow-up with advance payment.
  • To handle customer and sales person enquiry via email, phone call and fax.
  • Prepare PO to local vendor and monitor closely up to shipment arrival.
  • Perform administration tasks and systematic filing for Customer Service Department.
